CAE Wings for All®
Volunteer Sign-Up

Please complete this registration form if you are interested in volunteering for the Wings for All® event on October 28,2023 at Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE). This form is required for everyone attending this event and will enable us to create a boarding card that you will use to pass through TSA security. All individuals 18 years old and over are required to bring a valid form of government-issued ID to be allowed through security. 
 
Participants will start checking-in at 8:00am on the day of the event, however volunteers should arrive no later than 7:30am. Further instructions regarding arrival time, location, etc. will be sent in a subsequent email.

Terms and Conditions for Volunteering at a Wings Event

By volunteering for the Wings for Autism/Wings for All program, I hereby certify and agree as follows:

  1. That I am over the age of 18 and have the legal authority to register and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of myself.
  2. That I am voluntarily participating in the Wings for Autism/Wings for All Program and understand that participting in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.  
  3. I voluntarily accept all associated risks with participation in the Program and assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage and/or personal injury that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me.
  4. I hereby release The Arc, the Chapter of the Arc providing the Program, and the Airport, Airline and Transportation Security Administration participants in the Program, and all their officers, directors, agents, servants, or employees from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the Program, with the exception of any liabilities arising from gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing
