2024 Summer Track & Field Assistant Coach Application

YES is hiring Track & Field Assistant Coaches!

Assistant Coaches support the YES Track and Field Program mission to introduce and teach youth about track & field, develop physical stamina and strength, and encourage youth to develop a lifelong appreciation and respect for healthy living. Assistant Coaches will primarily teach youth ages 4-13 about track and field basics including running, jumping, and throwing. (Minimum age 14 years old*)

*Only 14-year-olds who have completed a previous season (spring or summer) of volunteering or recent participants of the YES Track & Field program will be considered.

Teen Staff Requirements

Be between the ages of 14-19 (must be currently enrolled in high school or graduate in Spring 2024)
Authorized to work in the United States
Available to work weekday evenings from June 24th through August 16th
