2024 Summer Teen Staff Application

YES is hiring teen staff for the following positions:

- Outdoor Adventure Leader

- Impact Intern

- Administrative Intern

Teen Staff Requirements

Be between the ages of 15-19 (for Impact Intern and Admin Intern) or 16-19 (for Outdoor Adventure Leader)
Full-time residents of Boston
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to obtain a work permit by June 17th 2024
Able to work from 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday starting as early as June 26^th, 2024 and as late as Friday, August 16th (exact start & end dates vary by position)

Teen Staff Positions

Outdoor Adventure Leader

OA leaders work alongside an adult trip leader to support youth in the outdoors by helping teach activities such as rock-climbing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, and mountain biking as well as planning and leading games with youth. (Minimum age 16 years old)

Impact Intern
Impact interns will document OA (Outdoor Adventure) trips using pictures, videos, interviews, and surveys to capture the summer’s adventures. They will also work collaboratively throughout the summer to create a YES Impact project to highlight the great things about YES! (Minimum age 15 years old)
