EXHIBITOR SPACE RESERVATION REQUEST - MNAFEE ANNUAL CONFERENCE

This application constitutes a request for exhibit space at the Minnesota Family & Early Childhood Education Conference.

Exhibitors agree to abide by the regulations of the St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center, and the MNAFEE Annual Conference Resource Fair Rules.

Costs:
Half table or 4’ x 30” space ($100)
Full table or 8’ x 30” space ($200)
2 tables or 16' x 30" space ($300)
Nonprofit Organization - Half table ($50)
Electrical connection needed ($75) Please note: Fire codes prohibit the use of portable power sources.
Daily Meal Plan ($43/day)
I/we understand that the Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to reject requests for exhibit space. All exhibit fees must be paid in full by April 5, 2023. *
