Web Event Details

Do you have an Event ID? *
Telephone: All presenters join the event by phone and broadcast their telephone audio. Select Headshots to display photos of presenters or their logos while they speak.
Video Streaming: All presenters join the event online and broadcast their video stream. Video streaming options vary depending on your account type.
Webcam: Broadcast video from one webcam source. Before the event, the presenter must install a driver that lets the webcast event connect to their webcam. Recommended if the event has only one presenter or one webcam source. For multiple cameras, select Video Bridge or On-Site Encoder.
Video Bridge: Broadcast from up to 20 different media sources or locations. Presenters can connect to the event using a webcam, video conferencing system, Skype for Business, or telephone. Recommended for multiple presenter video streams.
Video Conferencing Unit (VCU): Broadcast from a video conferencing system you provide. Before the event, provide the IP address or URI for the video conferencing system and ensure it accepts incoming connections. Recommended for conference rooms.
On-site Encoder: Broadcast multiple camera and microphone sources as one encoded feed from an RTMP-compatible encoding device you provide. Before the event, connect the input sources to the encoder. Recommended for large events held at a venue.

Bandwidth requirements are no less than 2 mbps per connection with standard requirements and no less than 5 mbps per connection for HD requirements. (Dedicated or QOS) Ports 80 and 1935 must be open and remain open for the full duration of any testing or event. Firewall, gatekeeper or other security protocols must be disabled if in place.
Global Fiber Network: Broadcast video from a single camera source through a fiber network. Recommended for large events held at arenas, theaters, or conference centers.
Satellite: Broadcast video from a single camera source through a satellite connection. Recommended if you have a satellite connection and the venue is outdoors or in an area with limited connectivity.
