Supporting Information

Please give the names of two referees.  One of your referees must be your present/last employer.  If you have not been previously employed, then Head Teacher/Lecturers, Employment  Advisors, etc. are acceptable.  If you are not currently working with children, but have done so in the past, one referee must be from the employer by whom you were most recently employed to work with children. In accordance with ‘Safer Recruitment in Education’ guidelines, this referee will be asked about any disciplinary offences related to children, including any for which the penalty is time expired.
