Payment for Select (non-subscription) Online Training is due at time of registration, and is non-refundable, whether or not the student completes the course. Students have up to 90 days from registration to complete their online training. A certificate will be generated when the student has reached the default “passing” grade of 80%. It is up to your agency to determine competency beyond that 80%.

 

Within one business day of receipt of the registration information and payment, STAR Services will send new students a unique welcome email with a link to set up their personal username and password. Existing students, who have been previously registered and have a username and password, will be sent a login link.

 

Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to print their Certificate of Completion. The certificate will list course name, description, hours, and continuing education contact hours, if applicable.
