Payment

I understand that half of my session fee is due at the time of the session and the 2nd half at delivery of the images. No rights to photographs will be released until payment has been received in full. Payment can be made using a credit card through Paypal or Venmo prior to my session or by cash or check at the time of my session. *

Model Release

I hear by consent that the photos taken during my session by Erin Anderson of South Shore Studios may be used for purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website/blog or publication. South Shore Studios will not sell images to a third party without gaining additional consent from the client.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibilities for such. *
