Vendor Information

Thank you for your desire to serve as a vendor at this year's Women on the Frontlines Canada national conference.  Following is a brief application to help us get to know you better.  Vendor space is limited.  We will be reviewing all vendor requests and choosing those whose heart and content most allign with the vision of Women on the Frontlines Canada.  
 
We will be communicating with all vendors at least a month prior to the event so you have ample time to prepare if you are accepted.
 
VENDOR FEES:
 
$200 / flat or 10% of gross sales, whichever is greater. 
 
Vendors will be required to submit the full $200 to secure their spot.  If 10% of their sales during the event exceeds $200 they will be asked to remit the amount above $200 at the end of the event. We will run on the honour system before the Lord.
 
Each vendor will be given two registrations and will be responsible for manning their own displays during the entire conference.

As a ministry we have a core values sheet that we ask all vendors to read and follow during their time of service to the event.  This core values sheet will be e-mailed to you by our volunteer co-ordinator when your area of service and schedule has been assigned.
