Pen Pal Guidelines --> Pen Pals are encouraged to correspond through written letters addressed to the Corps. They may also correspond through their Corps’ or Corps Officers’ email address if that is preferred by everyone involved. Personal information such as home address and cell phone number should not be shared by minors. Social media accounts may be shared with parental consent only. Photos may be shared with parental consent only. Proper parental consent standards must be followed in accordance with the rules of your division and territory. Fundraising support for specific projects is acceptable through proper channels only (ie. through the appropriate Salvation Army Finance Departments) I agree that my group will follow these guidelines to the best of our ability.
