Fuel Surcharge and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations: received outside of 48 hours are fully refundable. Reservations that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled flight arrival time or requested pick up time are nonrefundable. Cancellations must be either emailed to dispatch@nttep.com or telephoned in to (239) 262-3006.

Fuel Surcharge: NT&T reserves the right, based on date of service, to charge a fuel surcharge in the event that the AAA Average Gas Price Report, for Naples, rises according to the following: (1) When the average blended price per gallon of regular and diesel is equal to or greater than $3.00, there will be a 3% surcharge on the base rate. Thereafter for every twenty-five-cent increase there will be a 1% associated increase.
