Reservations: All confirmed reservations are 10% non-refundable at the time of booking. All reservations within 14 days of service, will be charged in full for the reservation total amount. If confirmed outside of 14 days, then a 10% non-refundable charge will be processed with the balance billed within 14 days of service.
Cancellations: All reservations are subject to a 10% non-refundable charge. Reservations outside of 48 hours are 90% refundable. Reservations that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled flight arrival time or requested pick up time, are non-refundable. Cancellations must be either emailed to dispatch@nttep.com or telephoned in to (239) 262-3006.
Fuel Surcharge: NT&T reserves the right, based on date of service, to charge a fuel surcharge in the event that the AAA Average Gas Price Report, for Naples, rises according to the following: (1) When the average blended price per gallon of regular and diesel is equal to or greater than $3.00, there will be a 3% surcharge on the base rate. (2) When the average blended price per gallon of regular and diesel is equal to or greater than $3.25, there will be a 4% surcharge on the base rate. Thereafter for every twenty-five-cent increase there will be a 1% associated increase.
