2019 MOONTOWER VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM OVERVIEW
 
Thanks for joining the volunteer team!
 
When registering, please keep in mind: 
 
* You must select at least 1 shift from the Wed-Fri options and 1 shift from the Sat options; your shifts cannot overlap. If you choose more than the minimum 2 shifts, please make sure that your shifts do not overlap - - I'll have to delete your registration and ask you to start over if they do.  
 
* On the nights that you are not working, you will have a wristband that will get you into the venues; however, you might not be able to get into the more popular shows (badges have first dibs). 
 
* The minimum age for volunteering is 18 years old, with the exception of Hospitality shifts which are 21+. 
 
* Shift times will change a bit once the venue showtimes are confirmed, but we'll do our best to keep it within the window listed. 
 
* This registration form will remain open until all shifts are taken.

Have you volunteered for the Moontower Festival in the past? If so, when?

VOLUNTEER ROLES 

* Venues - Volunteers will manage lines, check badges, help with our guests, setup/breakdown, and more. Checkout venues and lineup here. Some volunteers may be asked to lift up to 20 lbs.

* Ops - Assist the ops team in distributing signage, setting up equipment, moving equipment, distributing sponsored product, and delivering drinks to the various Moontower satellite venues. You will also help gather / store the items at the end of each night. Volunteers must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
 
* Hospitality - Volunteers will greet guests, direct guests to the festival bar (located in the Aloft Hotel), assist with guest catering services and provide general guest support. Volunteers must be able to stand for long periods of time. 21 AND OVER ONLY
 
* Ping Pong - Volunteers will assist at the Ping Pong event to check badges, manage lines, support the team and setup/breakdown.
 
* BBQ @ Palm Door - Volunteers will help clean up, buss tables and break down the BBQ lunch on Saturday (and get to eat BBQ!). 
 
* Paramount Warrior Zone Volunteer - Volunteers will work in the Paramount’s upper balcony. Volunteers will assist the bartender in setting up the Warrior bar and be on hand as Warrior Concierge. The Warrior section is general admission seating and volunteers will help people locate seats or scoot down to make room if necessary. Volunteers in this role will wear an illuminated horned helmet. 21 AND OVER ONLY
 
* Sponsor Activation/Brand Ambassadors - Volunteers will interact with guests outside the Paramount and distribute sponsor items (ex: Jolly Ranchers in 2018).
