When multiple users from the same company complete external plus training, their accounts are linked so users can view and take action on each other's tickets. If you prefer not to share your tickets, you may opt out of sharing.
Tickets placed by other users can be seen in HISTORY in your OneCallAccess account. This share feature does not include positive response. If you need to check the status of tickets placed by other users, go to POSR.MISSDIG811.ORG and enter the ticket number. This program displays responses to the most recent version of a ticket.
