Welcome to the Manhattan Youth @ PPAS After School Fall 2018 Registration! Please see the important information below regarding our program:
 

Daily Schedule:

Program begins with Snack/Check-in at 2:50 in the cafeteria. Students who check in are not permitted to leave the building. All students must be checked in by 3:15. Students will be dismissed for first session promptly at 3:20.

Snack/Check-in: 2:50-3:20

First session: 3:20-4:35

Second Session: 4:35-5:50

Dismissal: 5:50-6:00

Classes are filled on a first-come, first served basis. If your child is interested in joining a club that is already full, please reach out to Site Director, Cody Kriegsman, at cody@manhattanyouth.org.

Students should be picked up no later than 6:00 if they are not able to self-dismiss. Students are expected to attend all classes on the day for which they are signed up.

If your child needs to leave early or will be absent for the day, please notify in advance Site Director, Cody Kriegsman, at cody@manhattanyouth.org. If your child is not allowed to self-dismiss, then they will need to be signed out by a parent with Manhattan Youth Staff.

It is Manhattan Youth policy that students not use cell phones during the program without permission. If a student needs to use their phone for academic purposes or to contact a parent, they may ask a Manhattan Youth staff member.

Some classes require multi-session commitments. This will be marked on the schedule with *, and students will automatically be enrolled in the corresponding sessions.

The Fall Musical will be audition based. Auditions will take place on  Monday, 9/17, and Tuesday, 9/18, from 3:30-6:00. Callbacks will take place on Thursday, 9/20, from 3:30-6:00, and Friday, 9/21, from 4:30-7:00. We will have alternate activities for students for the first week during regularly scheduled Musical rehearsal times, though these sessions are not mandatory.

Students are welcome to switch into or out of available classes for the first three weeks of program. After three weeks we ask that students stay with their assigned schedules.
