Week 2: Mind/Body and Wellness Connections in Swimming

This session includes developing and supporting good habits in goal-setting, mental preparation, meditation/visualization, and health and nutrition!
Week 3: Swim Conditioning

Ready to take your swim training to the next level? This week will intensify your power, strength, and endurance in and out of the pool!
Week 4: Young Leaders & Swimmers' Choice

This week is all about empowerment! Swimmers will be guided in developing self-led workouts, engaged in discussion on personal goals, and given the opportunity participate in the planning of each practice. Older swimmers will become assistant coaches and learn how to give positive and constructive feedback and support to their peers.
Week 5: Team Spirit and Olympic Celebration Week

Celebrate swimming at the Olympic Games with our own group of fun, motivated swimmers! Join our team and coaches for relays and relay start work, teambuilding, motivational activities, and cooperative games.
Week 6: Water Polo & Other Pool Sports
August 8-11

This session will introduce water activities and sports beyond the scope of swimming! With a focus on Water Polo, the week will include treading exercises, ball control activities, and a fun-filled scrimmage on the final day.
Week 7: Scuba Diving Basics
August 15-18

This introduction to scuba diving will focus on breath control and snorkel use through games and drills. Each participant will be provided with their own snorkel which is theirs to keep!
