This form is to pre-register your student for Grades 1-5 in the 2024-2025 school year to their neighborhood district. If you are not sure of your school district, please refer to the QPS Street Directory found at www.quincypublicschools.com. You will be contacted to set up an appointment to register for school; appointments may be at a school site or at Central Registration.
Grade 1 students must be 6 years old on or before August 31, 2024.
In order to register for and attend Quincy Public Schools, students must be residents of Quincy, Massachusetts.
