This agreement is entered into with 3 Dogs Rescue, Inc jointly by the undersigned in order to permit Volunteer activities at any and all 3 Dogs Rescue activities. Volunteers have been advised that the activity of working with rescue animals is with risk and involves contact with animals that may be unpredictable.

As such, I understand and agree to hold harmless and release 3 Dogs Rescue and/or its officers, volunteers and other individuals working for and/or assisting with 3 Dogs Rescue from all liability, claims, and/or cause of action arising from any acts, injury and/or occurrences engaged in and/or caused by the dog subject to my at-will volunteer, or employment with 3 Dogs Rescue.

I understand and agree to hold harmless and release 3 Dogs Rescue and/or its officers, volunteers and other individuals working for and/or assisting with 3 Dogs Rescue from indemnification for damages, court costs, and/or attorney fees incurred by 3 Dogs Rescue and/or its members or volunteers for any court proceedings related to such matters. This agreement shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine without regard to the conflicts of law rules of the State of Maine. Any court action will be heard in York County, State of Maine.

Any volunteers who provide transportation or drive on behalf of 3 Dogs Rescue, Inc. must have a valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance, as required by law.
