2024 Commission Nomination Form for Affiliated Councils

Affiliated Council nominations will be accepted until May 6, 2024 at 5:00p.m. ET.

All Affiliated Council commission appointments are for a term of one year, effective from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. Each Affiliated Council must submit a new nomination form each year by the established deadline regardless of whether the Council is reappointing the same individual who served in the previous year. Self-nominations are permitted.
