You attest that you are a member of a recognized Masonic Blue Lodge in a recognized Grand Lodge as listed in the Pantagraph Book of Lodges, recent edition. You will email an image of my current, valid Dues Card to the HTI Secretary at secretary@high12.org.

Fees: New Member Regular $20.00 ($5.00 fee + $15.00 dues); Masonic Home Member $10.00 ($5.00 fee + $5.00 dues); Transfer is at no cost if closed club was in good standing, the HTI Secretary will make the determination.
