Registration Protection Insurance Option 1 ($50) 'No Questions Asked': Cancel up to 24 hours of the Combine and receive refund of full registration fees.

Registration Protection Insurance Options 2 ($25): Cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the Combine. Registration Fee protection for circumstances including but not limited to College Commitments, Major Injuries, Travel Issues, Illness, Event Cancelation. Please note, if cancel request is not received at least to weeks prior to the event refund is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Option 3 ($0): No additional registration fee refund protection.

I. No refunds will be granted for the Summer Genesis Elite Combine for any of the following reasons:

• No refunds will be granted for player-initiated cancellations within 2 weeks of the event. College commitments or major injury/illness are not subject to the 2-week refund black-out period however such refund request must adhere to the terms and conditions detailed below (refer to the ‘Exception to the No-Refund Policy’ section).

• No refunds will be granted if the event is canceled due to inclement weather,

• Registration Protection Insurance Fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Exceptions to the Refund Policy are detailed below under ‘Exceptions to the No Refund Policy’

II. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
• Registration Protection Insurance Option 1 ‘No Questions Asked’ ($50): refund of full registration fee (less the $50 fee for Registration Protection Insurance Option 1) for any reason without additional documentation requested no later than the 24 hours preceding the event start date. Option 1 also covers refund of full registration fee (less $50 insurance fee) if the event is canceled by the organizers.

• Registration Protection Insurance Option 2 ($25): refund of full registration fee (less the $25 fee for Registration Protection Option 2) when cancel request is made no later than 2 weeks before the event and reason for cancelation is for the following reasons accompanied by the specified documentation requirements as noted.

• College Commitments: Players who commit to a college program after completing registration and payment for the Elite Player Combine may request a refund of registration fees (excluding less the $25 fee for Registration Protection Option 2). Registration fee refunds for committed players will only be granted if: i. Registration Protection Insurance Option 2 was purchased at the time of registration and ii. Documentation evidencing the player’s commitment is provided along with the refund request. Please note: Committed players are still welcomed and encouraged to attend the combine event if they so choose (no refund in this case).

• Major Injury: Any player suffering major injury preventing them from participating in the Elite Player Combine may request a refund of registration fees (excluding less the $25 fee for Registration Protection Option 2). Registration fee refunds for injured players will only be granted if: i. Registration Protection Insurance Option 2 was purchased at the time of registration and ii. Documentation evidencing the injury in the form of a letter from their doctor is provided along with the refund request. Injured players who did not purchase Registration Protection Insurance Option 2 will be granted refund of fees less $100 (upfront event expenses, uniforms, etc.). Refund request must also include documentation evidencing the injury in the form of a letter from their doctor.

• Covid 19/Serious Illness: Any player suffering from confirmed/active case of Covid-19 or other significant illness preventing them from participating in the Elite Player Combine may request a refund of registration fees (excluding less the $25 fee for Registration Protection Option 2). Registration fee refunds for injured players will only be granted if: i. Registration Protection Insurance Option 2 was purchased at the time of registration and ii. Documentation evidencing the illness/positive test in the form of a letter from their doctor is provided along with the refund request. Ill players who did not purchase Registration Protection Insurance Option 2 will be granted refund of fees less $100 (upfront event expenses, uniforms, etc.). Refund request must also include documentation evidencing the illness/positive in the form of a letter from their doctor.

• Cancelation of event by the organizers due to inclement weather or other factors: full refund of registration fee (l less the $25 fee for Registration Protection Option 2)

• Travel details resulting in players inability to participate in the event. Limited to Bus/Rail/Air travel only: full refund of registration fee (l less the $25 fee for Registration Protection Option 2)

Summer Genesis Elite Combine: Player Waiver and Consent Agreements

Acceptance of my/my child's participation in this event is without responsibility of any kind by: Thinklax LLC, Lebanon Valley College, and In Net Sports Complex. I (player/parent) do hereby for and on behalf of myself/my child and my heirs and legal representatives release and forever discharge: Thinklax LLC, Lebanon Valley College, In the Net Sports Complex) and event sponsors, all directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of each, from liability for any and all claims, demands, and injuries, however arising, by participating in the any aspect or by the actions of the aforementioned parties or the representatives of other sponsoring entities, or by third parties, which injuries may be in any way related to my/my child's activities before, during and after the events and any period traveling to or from the events described. The player (if 18 at least 18 years of age) or parent or guardian by signing below does hereby agree to release and hold harmless all of the above-mentioned parties from any liability which the participant may incur, however arising and regardless of how or when they are incurred.

During the events, I give permission for any licensed physician or authorized medical staff members, or certified trainer to follow standard medical or hospital procedures in administering any required medical or surgical care.

Player/Parent irrevocably grants to the sponsors of the Tournament, the Promoter of the Tournament (including all sponsors and Thinklax LLC, Lebanon Valley College, and In the Net Sports Complex) absolute right and permission to use her name, image, voice, likeness, and biographical materials and any indicia of identity in any and all media, including, but not limited to print, radio, television, film, Internet and for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including editorial, advertising, promotion of the Team and/or the Tournament/Game, and/or commercial exploitation in connection with Tournament and/or Game-related materials.

Player/Parent hereby agrees that she/he will cooperate and adhere to all rules and instructions set forth by the organizers from Thinklax LLC, Lebanon Valley College, and In the Net Sports Complex.

Player/Parent represents and warrants that she is free to enter into this Agreement and has no prior or other obligations, agreements or commitments of any kind to anyone that would in any way hinder or interfere with the acceptance, and the full, uninhibited and faithful performance, of the obligations of participation. Player represents to be in good health and condition to play in this event.

All waivers must be agreed to and signed to be eligible to participate. No exceptions.
