Student Self Assessment

                                                                            **this is optional**
If you have high test scores and high grades, you may benefit from taking a rigorous high school honors and concurrent credit curiculum, like at MMACHS. Accelerated courses may be more interesting and challenging for you. If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, you should make the most of your educational experience by attending school regularly, participating in class, and following through on homework assignments. A short student self-assessment survey is provided below to help you assess your readiness for the accelerated courses at MMACHS.
To evaluate your readiness for an accelerated curriculum at MMACHS, circle where you feel you are on a scale of 1-5. 1= No; 2,3,4= Sometimes; 5=Yes
