Each GSCC ministry has a part to play in WELCOMING God’s people, ENCOUNTERING Jesus Christ, GROWING in Jesus Christ, SERVING God’s people, and SHARING the Gospel. Though each ministry is associated with one particular characteristic of a disciple, each ministry is called to carry out all five characteristics, as they are all essential. As we seek to live out the five characteristics of a disciple within our ministries, we may find that our ministry is in Maintenance Mode, in the process of Moving from Maintenance to Mission, or in Mission Mode.
