Four Sisters Boutique is a locally owned boutique out of Nebraska located in Rockbrook Village. Sarah Spooner, our owner, began the store back in March 2015 and it has seen it grow beyond the state over the 5 years. This job offers immense opportunity for an indivual to come in and build out an e-commerce store that already has a great jumping off point. 

Four Sisters Boutique is a team of 5-10 hardworking individuals who work closely together on creating a shopping experience for our customers where they are the top priority. Responsibilities

· Create product listings for company website and write detailed, informative product descriptions with regard to size, material, color, and style tips

· Create and analyze weekly / monthly / yearly reports to send to necessary departments and/or management

· Update search categories on company website frequently as needed

· Monitor keyword rankings and search queries to ensure top search results for company products

· Update search queries on company website to ensure customers can easily access products

· Frequently update the company’s ecommerce platform which includes removing retired products, moving items to sale, naming products, uploading photos, etc.

· Troubleshoot any technical issue the website or platforms may have (we will work with our subscription partners as well if there are any problems out of our control)

· Create / update coupon codes as needed

· Ensure all company systems have correct product SKU information

· Assist marketing team with any other product or website related tasks

· Work with 3rd party design/development agencies to improve website functionality

Qualifications:

· Moderate knowledge of the E-commerce industry

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 1-3 years of experience

· Strong computer, and internet skills

· Able to adapt to different software (knowledge of LightSpeed point of sale-system is a plus)

· Able to conceptualize and communicate complex ideas to coworkers

· Ability to work under pressure

· Familiarity with social media platforms

· Positive / outgoing attitude

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Willingness to learn

We are looking for individuals who can commit to full-time. The website is a huge part of what we do, so this person needs to be available for 40 hrs a week.
