This document is to be used in conjunction with the Accreditation Terms and Conditions. We ask that you please read through all information carefully before completing and submitting your application.
FHT adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduced on 25 May 2018. Your information will only be used for accreditation purposes.
We will share your information with our FHT Accreditation Inspector(s) who will review your course information against any applicable education standards and, if you are applying for accreditation of a qualification, conduct any inspections of your training premises, assessment and delivery of the course via live video on Zoom, Skype or Teams.
Once your application is successful, your email address will be used to send you updated information relevant to FHT accreditation.
You will also receive regular issues of FHT’s membership magazine, International Therapist. In order to receive copies of International Therapist, your name and address will be supplied to our media partner, Century One Publishing Ltd, and the magazine’s printers/distributors, Precision Colour Printing. If you do not wish to receive copies of International Therapist, please advise the editor.
Your telephone number and/or email address may also be used by our media partners, Century One Publishing Ltd, who may wish to contact you to offer advertising and sponsorship opportunities with the FHT.
Your telephone number and/ or email address may also be used by our Marketing Department who may contact you to offer free resources that may be of benefit to you and your students.
