Please be advised your membership upgrade will be free of charge, however, your renewal of your Fellow membership with be £105.00 per annum.

FHT Fellow is a mark of distinction recognised by other members, therapy professionals and the public to show the highest standards of expertise, achievement and success. There is an additional cost for Fellow membership.

FHT adheres to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will only be used to process your Fellow application, as outlined on this form.

I have been an FHT Member for five consecutive years

I have exceptional experience as a therapy professional

I have achieved a senior management position in a therapy-related career

I have promoted therapies at a regional or national level

I hold a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant therapy

I have been elected to the FHT's Governing Council or appointed as an FHT Expert Adviser for a minimum of three consecutive years
