Terms and conditions for use of Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) International Therapist contributor logo:

Use of an International Therapist contributor logo in breach of these terms and conditions, without the prior written consent of FHT, may constitute trademark infringement in violation of intellectual property rights in the UK. Use of FHT trademarks may be prohibited, unless expressly authorised.

The logo may be used by individuals who have contributed to the FHT's International Therapist magazine from Spring 2023 onwards. Unfortunately, logos are currently unavailable to contributors of The Wellness Room due to the discontinuation of this title.

The logo must be used in the colours it is designed in. The only exception is if producing a black and white advert where black can be used.
The image can be enlarged or shrunk, as required, but must always retain the same aspect ratio i.e. it must not be stretched or distorted.

The ownership and copyright of the logo remains the property of the FHT and we reserve the right to withdraw its use at any time.

For logos in any other file format, please email editor@fht.org.uk

Use and placement of logo

To avoid any misrepresentation and potential liability under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the International Therapist contributor logo must clearly identify the contributor on the communication materials.

When the contributor is a sole trader, the logo can be placed on all materials, including the website home page.

In all other instances:

e.g. when the contributor works at an establishment where other individuals work, it must be made clear that the logo links to the specific contributor only, and not the overall business unless the article has been credited to the name of a business or charity.

The logo should preferably be placed next to the contributor’s name or in an ‘as featured on’ segment of a website. If there is any concern that the placement is ambiguous please contact the Editor at editor@fht.org.uk before publishing the communication.
