Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

CxORE acknowledges that while collecting information through this questionnaire, CxORE may gain access to certain future plans, business affairs, and other proprietary Information of Submitter (“Information”) which is valuable, special, and unique assets of the Submitter. CxORE agrees that it will not, at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use any Information for CxORE’s own benefit, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Submitter. CxORE will protect the Information and treat it as strictly confidential. CxORE shall keep the Information confidential, and the provisions of this paragraph shall remain in full force and effect after this process, except where confidential or previously confidential Information is made publicly available.

During the course of this process, Submitter may obtain and/or be privy to documents, processes, technology configurations, and other proprietary methods and procedures that are the intellectual property of CxORE. Applicable intellectual property may be used at will by Submitter; however, it remains the property of CxORE and may not be distributed, reproduced, or shared without the expressed written consent of CxORE. This includes all related forms of transmission.

The Capacity Grant is designed to give additional support to community-based organizations in need. Capacity Grants are awarded annually on October 1^st with a January start date. Grant applications can be submitted anytime with a deadline of August 15^th. The Capacity Grant is for one year of service and recipients may apply for one additional year. Selection is made by a committee and based upon the merits of the application. The number of Grants awarded is at the discretion of CxORE but will be at least one per year.
