Terms & Conditions for Advertising
General Conditions
All advertisements are subject to a standard display timeframe. However, Council reserves the right to extend the display period at its discretion, provided there is no competing demand for advertising space. To qualify for advertising, the event or activity must be listed on the events tab of www.visitcharterstowers.com.au.
Banner Display
- Banner advertising will be displayed for a period of 13 days.
- Installation of banners is scheduled for Mondays.
- Banners must be delivered to the Visitor Information Centre by 4PM the day prior to installation.
- Banners must be collected within 14 days of being removed from display.
- While all care will be taken by Council while banners are in its possession, Council cannot guarantee the security of the banners.
LED Screen Display
- LED screen advertising will be displayed for a period of 7 days.
- Please allow 14 days for the creation of LED graphics, following the submission of all necessary details.
