Terms and Conditions

By completing and submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following conditions: 

• The Best Street Entry is subject to the nominator taking responsibility for the distribution of any winnings. 
• Christmas lights and electrical circuitry must be installed in a safe manner. Contact your local authorised electrical contractor for further advice.
• Electrical equipment should only be used in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Ensure electrical circuits are not overloaded.
• Ensure that electrical equipment is not exposed to weather or mechanical damage and that it is of a type suitable for the location, i.e. indoor or outdoor.
• All electrical circuits must be protected by an approved safety switch device.
• Finalists may be subject to an electrical safety audit; however no responsibility will be taken by Ergon Energy or Council for the safety of the circuitry, the electrical equipment being used or the placement of said electrical equipment and associated circuitry.
• By submitting this form, entrant/s agree to allow Council to use photographs taken of the displays for promotional purposes.
• The Judge’s decision is final; no further correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, you agree to Council releasing your personal details, including your name and/or address, to the public for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.
