TIMELINE

Please Note that ALL Residence Halls and Walking Stick Apartments will

CLOSE: Friday, March 20 at 5:00 PM.

and

REOPEN: Sunday, March 29 at 8:00 AM.

COST

There is no additional cost for staying. The only charges will be if this request is submitted late.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

1.This application is due Thursday, March 19 by 5:00 PM.
A $25 late fee will be added to any application submitted after March 14.

2. All cancellations MUST be received in writing through the housing e-mail, housing@csupueblo.edu, no later than Friday, March 19 th by 5:00 PM. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if cancellation is processed after this date.

All communication regarding break housing will be through your CSU-Pueblo student email.

I must comply with Residence Life and Housing Policies and the University Code of Conduct.

I understand that if I fill out the form to stay over Spring Break after Thursday (March 19th), I will be charged $25.

I understand that if I need to cancel my stay during Spring Break, I have to do so before Friday, March 19th at 5:00 PM. If I fail to do this I will be charged a $25 fine.

I understand that there will be NO FOOD SERVICES over Spring break.

I understand that overnight guests are not permitted during Spring Break.
