Holidays are open for sign ups to volunteer to work unless we don't have enough sign up's then we fall to a mandated holiday list. You must work at least 1 holiday per year to not be on the mandated holiday list. By signing up you can chose the hours you can work. You are also paid at 1.5 times your normal hourly rate.
