Fall Women's Strength & Conditioning Camp
This 8 week program will teach you how to lift weights to build muscle, improve power & speed, and prevent injuries. The camp will also cover basic sports nutrition and developing mental skills for success in athletics.
You will be trained by your CCA Athletic Director, who is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and PE teacher. Coach Bailee has worked with athletes in every sport from the elementary school level to professionals.
The first session will include an overview of the weight room equipment, etiquette, as well as pre-assessments to set baseline data of strength, speed, & flexibility. Coach will use that information to create a customized plan based on the needs of the group/sports/experience. At the end of the 8 weeks, we will re-assess and take note of your growth & improvement. For max results, attendance at all 32 workouts will be necessary, but you are not required to attend all 32 workouts. Depending on interest, Coach will begin another camp after the first one ends.

Open to girls in 9th to 12th grade
$480 per person
