Throws Camp will develop strength, speed, and power while working to develop technical skills in the throws area.
Off season training for Thrower Athletes in HS Track and Field teams.

Co-ed camp open to students in 9th to 12th grades and adults.

Monday & Wednesday 4:30 PM to 6 PM

and Saturday 10 AM to 12 PM

October 21st to December 20th
