Grad Nite is a carnival like celebration hosted by parent volunteers at CCA on the evening of Graduation. We understand that students want to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime event with their friends, and we provide them with a drug-free, alcohol-free venue in which to do this.
Over the past few years nearly 90% of the Graduating class has attended Grad Nite. Grad Nite is fully funded by expected ticket sales, it includes food, drink and entertainment from 10:00pm until they are dismissed at 5:00am.
Considering feedback from both parents and students after the event, we have included information they have deemed necessary to make the event and pick-up run smoother. Please look at the attached documents as they provide much needed information. Feel free to save them or print them.

Volunteers Needed

It takes hundreds of man hours to plan this event - and it is strictly done by volunteers. Please consider volunteering to be part of one of the many planning committees to ensure that your child's Grad Nite is an amazing event.
We also need parents of 9th - 11th (cannot be parent of SENIOR) grade students to help set up on the day of the event. If you know a parent, please ask them to sign up using this LINK.
