2021 Baseball Off-season Strength and Conditioning Program
We intend to conduct team lifts this upcoming Fall and Winter in preparation for the 2022 season, so it is paramount that a base of speed and strength, from which every player can benefit, is built up this summer. Each two-hour training session will consist of a dynamic warm-up, followed by speed development work, with the remainder of the time spent completing total body lifts in the weight room.
