1. Be careful that the information that you complete on the form is accurate because this is the information that will be used to make your reservation.  The travel agent is not responsible for spelling errors or mistakes that you make in completing the form.  You will get a copy of the form to review after you complete it.  It is your responsibility to check for accuracy.
 
2. Be aware of deadlines and change fees noted on this form.  You will get reminders, but you are responsible to meet deadlines - they will be enforced!
 
Why book with the group?
 
  1. You must be a guest at the resort in the group room block for at least three nights to attend the wedding.
 
  2. We got great rates for you!  These should be the best rates out there.  (If you think you found a better price, please contact Amy, our travel consultant, so she can be sure you are looking at the same thing.)
 
  3. To let us know you plan on attending the wedding.
 
  4. You can participate in our convenient monthly payment plan.
 
  5. You will have the benefit of working with our travel consultant to answer any questions,  prepare your travel documents, make sure you are well informed, and provide personal support & tips.
 
  6. This will help us to get the best deal for our wedding events that you will be attending.
 
 
TIMING & IMPORTANT DATES
 
  1.  ASAP - reserve your room by completing this form with a deposit of at least $100 per person plus insurance cost, if applicable.
 
  2.  ASAP - make sure your passport is valid through the end of March 2019.  If not, you should start the process to get a new passport or renew your old one - ASAP!  It can take a couple of months to get your new passport. 
 
  3.  April 30, 2018 - DEADLINE to make or change your room reservation - we cannot guarantee room rates or availability after this date! 
 
  4.  April 30, 2018 - 50% of your room payment is due and non-refundable.
 
  5.  June 17, 2018 - final payment due - NO REFUNDS after this date!
 
  6.  September 4, 2018 - last date to provide your flight information to coordinate transfers between the airport and resort
 
  7.  September 28, 2018 - Welcome Party at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
 
  8.  September 29, 2018 - WEDDING DATE!
 
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Until April 30, 2018, one change will be allowed per room with no charge.  Additional changes, or any changes after April 30, 2018 will incur a $50 change fee.  Any changes after August 15, 2018, if they can be accommodated, will incur a $100 change fee.
 


ROOM INFORMATION

 
 
THE HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO PUNTA CANA is an awewsome All-Inclusive resort.  The price includes room, unlimited food, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, many activities, taxes and shared airport transfers between the resort and the Punta Cana airport.  So unless you want to do something extra (like spa, tours or golf), tip (not required), or gamble at the hotel casino, there is no need for spending any extra money once you get to the resort.
 
PLUS!  Each room in the room block will receive resort credidts to use toward spa, golf, upgraded wine, some of the gift shops, tours or other activities!
We have secured DOUBLE RESORT CREDITS for our group! 
Each room will get:
$1,000 for a 3-night stay (vs. $500 usual amount)
$1,500 for a 4-night stay (vs. $750 usual amount)
$3,000 for a 5 or 6-night stay (vs. $1,500 usual amount)
$3,600 for a 7-8 night stay (vs. $1,800 usual amount)

NOTE:  Resort credits are PER ROOM, and local tax of 20% will be charged for resort credits used.
 
Since this is a huge resort, we have reserved one type of room for our group - CARIBBEAN SAND SUITES - so we will be closer together, and closer to the beach too.

CLASSIC VACATIONS GROUP PROTECTION PLAN - TRAVEL INSURANCE
You never know what might happen before you leave or while you are away. We recommend purchasing the Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan to protect your travel investment and provide you with important coverage while traveling. Most people's medical insurance policies don't cover them outside of the USA. We hope that nothing will happen to prevent you from traveling and that you won't experience delays, loss or medical issues while you are traveling, but purchasing insurance will protect you in those cases.

- The plan includes 100% cash reimbursement in the event of cancellation for covered reasons including the most common reason for cancellation:  illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion or an immediate family member.
 
- It also includes reimbursement for the land portion for cancellation due to ANY REASON up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount as long at the plan is purchased within 14 days of the initial trip payment and cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to departure.

DO YOU WANT TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

Travel protection must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit to cover "Pre-Existing Conditions" or to get the "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage. It will cover whatever is purchased through Amy, our travel agent, who will apply it to the special group contract. Every person in the room must either all purchase insurance or all not purchase insurance.  This question must be answered the same for every person in the room.
