Why book with the group?

1. You must be a guest at the resort in the group room block for three nights to attend the wedding.

2. We got great rates for you! These should be the best rates out there. (If you thinik you found a better price, please contact Amy, our travel consultant, so she can be sure you are looking at the same thing.)

3. To let us know you plan on attending the wedding.

4. You can participate in our convenient monthly payment plan.

5. You will have the benefit of working with our travel consultant to answer any questions, prepare your travel documents, make sure you are well informed, and provide personal support & tips.

TIMING & IMPORTANT DATES

1. ASAP - reserve your room by completing this form with a deposit of at least $100 per person plus insurance cost, if applicable.

2. ASAP - make sure your passport is valid through the end of May 2018. If not, you should start the process to get a new passport or renew your old one - ASAP! It can take a couple of months to get your new passport. See passport information link below.

3. July 24, 2017 - DEADLINE to make your room reservation - we cannot guarantee room rates or availability after this date!

4. July 24, 2017 - 50% of your room payment is due and non-refundable.

5. August 24, 2017 - final payment due - NO REFUNDS after this date!

6. November 11, 2017 - Wedding date!

ROOM INFORMATION

BARCELO ARUBA is an awesome All-Inclusive resort. The resort is located right on the shores of the Caribbean Sea at Palm beach, one of Aruba's most modern and lively areas.

PRICE: The price includes room, unlimited food, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taxes and shared airport transfers between the resort and the Queen Beatrix Aruba airport. So unless you want to do something extra, tip (not required), or gamble at the hotel casino or go offsite for some famous Aruba nightlife, there is no need for spending any extra money once you get to the resort.

We have reserved three types of rooms for our group.

To be aware of keeping the cost down, most of the rooms reserved are set back from the beach and are therefore "garden view". There are a small number of "ocean view" rooms that we have reserved. If you are interested in one of those, be sure to reserve your room early!

You never know what might happen before you leave or while you are away. We recommend purchasing the Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan to protect your travel investment and provide you with important coverage while traveling. Check with your insurance company - most people's medical insurance policies don't cover them outside of the USA.

NOTE: For this insurance to cover your airline ticket, you must purchase your airline ticket through Classic Vacations through the group room block.

- The plan includes 100% cash reimbursement in the event of cancellation for covered reasons including the most common reason for cancellation - illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion or an immediate family member.

- It also includes reimbursement for the land portion for cancellation due to ANY REASON up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount as long at the plan is purchased within 14 days of the initial trip payment and cancellation occurs more than 48 ours prior to departure.
