Kelly & Zackery hope you will join them for their wedding on August 10, 2017 !! They have reserved rooms at great rates at  the venue, SUNSET SABOR COZUMEL, in Cozumel, Mexico.  This is an awesome family All-Inclusive resort. The price includes room, activities, entertainment, unlimited food, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taxes and transfers between the resort and the Cozumel airport.  So unless you want to do something extra, or tip (not required) there is no need for spending any extra money once you get to the resort.

Why book with the group?
 
  1. We got great rates for you!  These should be the best rates out there.  If you think you've found a better rate, please review with Amy, our travel consultant, before you think about booking elsewhere to make sure you are comparing the exact same things.
 
  2. Insure that we will know you will be attending the wedding.
 
  3. You can participate in our convenient monthly payment plan.
 
  4. You must be a guest of the resort to attend the wedding.
 
  5. Kelly & Zackery will get credits that enable them to have their wedding and this is based on everyone booking through the group.
 
  6. You will have the benefit of working with our travel consultant to answer any questions, and will prepare your travel documents, make sure you are well informed, and provide personal support & tips.
 
 
TIMING & IMPORTANT DATES
 
  1.  ASAP - reserve your room by completing this form with a deposit of at least $50 per person plus insurance cost, if applicable.
 
  2.  ASAP - make sure your passport is valid through February 2018.  If not, you should start the process to get a new passport or renew your old one - ASAP!  It can take a few months to get your new passport.
 
  3. April 1, 2017 - Review your room reservation and turn back rooms you won't be needing without penatly.
 
  4.  April 18, 2017 -   At least $150 per person must be paid by this date, and $150 per person is not refundable after this date.
 
  5.  May 18, 2017 - DEADLINE to make your room reservation - we cannot guarantee room rates or availability after this date!  Also, FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE  - NO REFUNDS after this date!
 
  6.  August 10, 2017 - Wedding date!

We have several room types at two different resorts reserved for you.  But don't get confused. Here's an overview for you:
 
The wedding is at SUNSCAPE SABOR COZUMEL.  Right next door is SECRETS AURA COZUMEL.
Most people will stay at Sunscape, a family beachfront all-inclusive resort.  For those who want a more upscale experience can book a room at Secrets, a beachfront Adult-only Luxury all-inclusive resort.  People who stay at Secrets can spend as much time at Sunscape as they like, and eat and drink at Sunscape.  People who stay at Sunscape cannot go over to Secrets.

Room prices are PER PERSON and include unlimited gourmet meals, wedding dinner, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, activities, and taxes.  The three-night package includes round trip transfers between the resort and Cozumel Airport. CLASSIC VACATIONS GROUP PROTECTION PLAN - TRAVEL INSURANCE
You never know what might happen before you leave or while you are away. We recommend purchasing the Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan to protect your travel investment and provide you with important coverage while traveling. Check with your insurance company - most people's medical insurance policies don't cover them outside of the USA.

NOTE:  For this insurance to cover your airline ticket, you must purchase your airline ticket through Amy, our travel consultant, in the group room block.
 
 
- The plan includes 100% cash reimbursement in the event of cancellation for covered reasons including the most common reason for cancellation - illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion or an immediate family member.
 
- It also includes reimbursement for the land portion for cancellation due to ANY REASON up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount as long at the plan is purchased within 14 days of the initial trip payment and cancellation occurs more than 48 ours prior to departure.
 
- OTHER COVERAGES:
   $500 trip delay
    $25,000 emergency evacuation/repatriation
    $25,000 accident medical expense
    $25,000 sickness medical expense
    $1,000 baggage and personal effects
    $100 bagage delay

So we can coordinate your transportation between the COZUMEL AIRPORT and hotel.  If you have already made your flight reeservations, please include that info here.  If you don't have it yet, you can always give it to us later. But don't wait too long to purchase your airfare.  Prices for flights to Cozumel usually increase over time.
