TIMING & IMPORTANT DATES

1. ASAP - reserve your room by completing this form with a deposit of at least $100 per person plus insurance cost, if applicable. There is limited availability of some room types, so the earlier you reserve your room, the more likely you are to get the room type you want.

2. ASAP - make sure your passport is valid through the end of January 2020. If not, you should start the process to get a new passport or renew your old one! It can take a couple of months to get your new passport.

PLEASE NOTE: Until March 5, 2019, one change will be allowed per room with no charge. Additional changes will each incur a $50 change fee. You never know what might happen before you leave or while you are away. We recommend purchasing the Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan to protect your travel investment and provide you with important coverage while traveling. Most people's medical insurance policies don't cover them outside of the USA. Changes include changing/correcting names, changing travel dates, changing room types, changing bedding requests, adding or removing guests, late payments, or any other changes. You also take responsibility for insuring that your passports will be valid through January 10, 2020, and that if you, or any people in this reservation, are traveling with a non-USA passport, you will take responsibility to determine if there are any special visa or entry requirements and make appropriate arrangements. By signing here you agree that NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MARCH 5, 2018. Furthermore, if the room is not paid in full by APRIL 5, 2019, the room may be cancelled and you will forfeit all the money you paid until that point. Furthermore, you are authorizing payment for the amount noted by you in the payment box above, and to agree to make future payments on the payment schedule noted above.
