Why book with the group?
 
  1. You must be a guest at the resort in the group room block for at least three nights to attend the wedding, or be charged the $250 per person fee.
 
  2. We got great rates for you!  These should be the best rates out there.  (If you think you found a better price, please contact Amy, our travel consultant, so she can be sure you are looking at the same thing.)
 
  3.  When you book your room we know you are confirmed as attending the wedding. This is your RSVP.
 
  4.  You will have the benefit of working with our travel consultant to answer any questions,  prepare your travel documents, make sure you are well informed, and provide personal support & tips.

  1.  ASAP - reserve your room by completing this form with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the room cost PLUS insurance cost, if applicable.  There is limited availability of some room types, so the earlier you reserve your room, you are more likely to get the room type you want.
 
  2.  ASAP - make sure your passport is valid through the end of December 2021.  If not, you should start the process to get a new passport or renew your old one - ASAP!  It can take a couple of months to get your new passport. 
NOTE:  If you are not a US passport holder you are responsible to know the entry/Visa requirements for visitors from your country and make appropriate arrangements.
 
  3.  April 15, 2021 - DEADLINE to make or change your room reservation - we cannot guarantee room rates or availability after this date!  Also, any reservations made after this date will not be eligible to receive unlimited resort credits for discounts on spa, golf, excursions and other extras at the resort.
 
  4.  April 18, 2021 - final payment due - NO REFUNDS after this date!
 
  5.  May 18, 2021 - last date to provide your flight information to coordinate shuttle transfers between the airport and resort (But don't wait too long to book your flights - as prices will continue to increase!)
 
  6.  Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Wedding Day!

THE HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO PUNTA CANA is an awesome family-friendly All-Inclusive Resort on a beautiful beach.  
The price includes room, unlimited food, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, many activities, taxes and multi-stop shuttle bus airport transfers between the resort and the Punta Cana airport.  So unless you want to do something extra (like spa, tours or golf - all of which we get at discounted rates with unlimited resort credits), tip (not required), or gamble at the hotel casino, there is no need for spending any extra money once you get to the resort.

Most people will be staying in the SAND SUITES.  They are on the side of the resort that is closer to the beach.

Both types of rooms come with a King bed or Double beds (these are NOT Queen size).  (subject to availability)

Coronavirus COVID 19 Release

We are sure you are excited about attending the wedding, but you may have some questions about how the Covid situation is being handled at the resort. The Dominican Republic has been open to travelers since July 2020.  Travelers' reports about their trips, and about protocols at Hard Rock Punta Cana in particular, have been favorable. They have noted that, because of the Resort's precautions, they often felt safer there than they do at home.

Furthermore, Hard Rock is providing the Covid tests required by the CDC for free for rooms booked for at least 3 nights and if you are flying to the USA from the resort (for up to two guests per room, and for a discounted price of $50 per additional person), and Hard Rock is providing complementary extended stay to quarantine at a covid-designated section of the resort for quarantine for each guest that tests positive.

Please note that the requirements may change by June. As we get closer to the wedding, we will email your travel documents along with information about the protocols at the time for entering and leaving the country, and at the resort.
 
FYI, although the travel agent strongly suggests private transfers for enhanced social distancing, we have been able to offer the shared-multi-stop transfers in the basic package, which keeps your costs down. If you prefer to upgrade to round-trip private transfers, that has been offered to you for an additional $50 per room.

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation.  Client understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 and that a claim based on those reasons will be denied. The Client holds the Agencies harmless for any and all claims, losses, and liability arising from any postponement, cancellation, changes, injury, loss or death suffered as a result of proceeding with their reservation for this trip.

Client further agrees to hold the Agencies harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements or required upgraded services due to Covid 19 and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to the Agencies or any of their suppliers for said penalties or fees. Client accepts that any refunds or credits for cancelations or changes to their travel plans will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier which processed Client’s payments, and not the Agencies.

Client is aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may be required and will take place at airports, the hotel, and in public areas. Client is aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or Covid tests and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains, or other means of transport.

Client is aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during their travels that may impede the ability to enter or exit destinations as planned.

OPTION TO PURCHASE THE CLASSIC VACATIONS GROUP PROTECTION PLAN: TRAVEL INSURANCE

You never know what might happen before you leave or while you are away. We recommend purchasing the Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan to protect your travel investment and provide you with important coverage while traveling. Most people's medical insurance policies don't cover them outside of the USA. - One of the plans includes "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage which provides reimbursement for the land portion for cancellation due to ANY REASON up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount as long as the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to departure.  PLEASE NOTE:  This plan is not available to New York residents.

This is based on the PER PERSON trip cost for items purchased through our travel agent.  This insurance will cover whatever is purchased through our travel agent - either just the rooms, or rooms & air, and additional tours purchased too.

Travel protection must be purchased at the time of making your reservation. It will cover whatever is purchased through Amy, our travel agent. Either all guests in the room get insurance or none of them. The question whether to get insurance must be answered the same for every person in the room.

NOTE: If you want airfare covered in this insurance plan, your airfare must be purchased from the same wholesaler through Amy, our travel consultant, whenever you are ready to buy your airfare. The insurance premium may rise if the cost of your total trip exceeds the level it was when you reserved your room. I/we have been offered Travel Insurance for the above described travel arranged for me/us by RubysTravel, LLC and/or Aventina Romance Travel and have chosen to waive the opportunity to purchase insurance. I/we understand and accept the penalties for cancellation of these travel arrangements, specifically, that any cancellations after February 28, 2021, through April 14, 2021, will result in 50% of the cost of the reservation to be non-refundable.  After April 14, 2020, 100% of the cost of the reservation is non-refundable. 

I/we understand that Travel Insurance will protect me/us against incurring costs such as covered cancellation penalties, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, trip interruption, etc. I/we have chosen to decline this insurance and will hold RUBYSTRAVEL, LLC and AVENTINA ROMANCE TRAVEL harmless in any matter that would have been covered by the Travel Insurance.

I/we have the authority to sign this waiver on behalf of all the travelers listed above.
