PLEASE NOTE: 
1. Be careful that the information that you complete on the form is accurate because this is the information that will be used to make your reservation.  The travel agent is not responsible for spelling errors or mistakes that you make in completing the form.  You will get a copy of the form to review after you complete it.  It is your responsibility to check for accuracy.
 
2. Be aware of deadlines and change fees noted on this form.  You will get reminders, but you are responsible to meet deadlines because the resort imposes the deadlines on us -  so they will be enforced!
 
TIMING & IMPORTANT DATES
 
  1.  August 27, 2017 - deadline to reserve your room by completing this form with a credit or debit card for the deposit of at least $100 per adult, $50 per child, plus insurance cost, if applicable.
 
  2.  August 31, 2017 - your credit/debit card will be charged for your deposit.
 
  3.  ASAP - make sure your passport is valid through the end of December 2018.  If not, you should start the process to get a new passport or renew your old one - ASAP!  It can take a couple of months to get your new passport. 
 
  4.  January 31, 2018 - DEADLINE to revise or change your room reservation - we cannot guarantee room rates or availability after this date! 
 
  5.  January 31, 2018 - 50% of your room payment is due and is non-refundable after this date.
 
  6.  March 3, 2018 - final payment due - NO REFUNDS after this date!
 
  7.  May 15, 2018 - last date to provide your flight information to coordinate transfers between the airport and resort
 
  8.  June 20, 2018 - Arrive at the resort!
 
  9.  June 24, 2018 - BIRTHDAY PARTY!
 
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Until January 31, 2018, one change will be allowed per room with no charge.  Additional changes, or any changes after January 31, 2018 will incur a $50 change fee.  Any changes after May 15, 2018, if they can be accommodated, will incur a $100 change fee.

THE GRAN CARIBE CANCUN is an awewsome All-Inclusive resort.  The price includes room, unlimited food, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, many activities, taxes and shared airport transfers between the resort and the Cancun airport.  So unless you want to do something extra (like spa, tours or golf), tip (not required), or explore the local shops, bars, restaurants and clubs outside of the resort, there is no need for spending any extra money once you get to the resort.
 
 
We have options for several types of rooms depending on your budget, desired view, and how close you want to be to the beach.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

CLASSIC VACATIONS GROUP PROTECTION PLAN - TRAVEL INSURANCE
You never know what might happen before you leave or while you are away. We recommend purchasing the Classic Vacations Group Protection Plan to protect your travel investment and provide you with important coverage while traveling. Most people's medical insurance policies don't cover them outside of the USA. We hope that nothing will happen to prevent you from traveling and that you won't experience delays, loss or medical issues while you are traveling, but purchasing insurance will protect you in those cases.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are buying insurance, it will be purchased on September 5, so if you are interested, please let us know and we will make this insurance payment then. 
 
NOTE:  For this insurance to cover your airline ticket, you must purchase your airline ticket through Classic Vacations through the group room block.
 
 
- The plan includes 100% cash reimbursement in the event of cancellation for covered reasons including the most common reason for cancellation:  illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion or an immediate family member.
 
- It also includes reimbursement for the land portion for cancellation due to ANY REASON up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount as long at the plan is purchased within 14 days of the initial trip payment and cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to departure.
 
- SUMMARY OF COVERAGES:

DO YOU WANT TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

Travel protection must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit to cover "Pre-Existing Conditions" or to get the "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage. It will cover whatever is purchased through Amy, our travel agent, who will apply it to the special group contract. Every person in the room must either all purchase insurance or all not purchase insurance.  This question must be answered the same for every person in the room.

NOTE: If you want airfare covered in the plan, it must be purchased through the same wholesaler through our room block travel agent, whenever you are ready to buy your airfare. FLIGHT INFORMATION

WE NEED YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION!

We need to coordinate your transportation between the airport and hotel.  If you have already made your flight reservations, please include that info here.  If you don't have it yet, you can always give it to us later. But don't wait too long to purchase your airfare.  Prices for flights to Mexico usually increase over time.

YOU MUST FLY INTO CANCUN AIRPORT TO GET THE TRANSFERS BETWEEN THE AIRPORT AND THE HOTEL.

WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN GROUP AIRFARE?

We are looking into possibly arranging for group airfare.  To do this, we need 10 people all flying on the same flights from NYC or NJ to and from Mexico.  You must make a deposit as soon as it is confirmed (some time in September) and then a final payment a few months before the trip.  Once you commit, you are committed, we cannot cancel any reservations or the whole group loses their seats.
