Vendors are required to carry $1,000,000.00 per occurrence business liability insurance. Valid certificate of insurance must accompany this contract. If COI is not timely received, the vendor will forfeit the space and payment. Be sure to List "Greater Ocala Dog Club Grounds 10205 NW Gainesville Rd, Ocala FL 34478" and Marion County as Certificate Holders.
Deadline is January 31, 2018. Checks will be deposited at this time, no sooner. If space is not available when your contract is received, you will be notified and your fee will be returned.
Vendors are required to pay for 2 days. Fee paid for booth rentals are non-refundable after closing April 22, 2016. Space rented in 10' increments only.
LIMITED electricity in vendor row, each plug is 20 amps, $20.00 per plug Pre-Paid for the entire show. Fee is $10.00 per day per plug, day of show. Bring at least 100' extension cord.
Tents, tables, chairs are the responsibility of the vendor. Contact: Sunshine Tent Company (352) 796-5394 for your needs.
All structures and merchandise must be within your allotted space.
Boxes and trash must be broken down and placed at rear of booth for pickup. Please do not leave trash inside your tent after the show. Pick up all tie wraps and trash from your booth.
Fire extinguisher required in each booth.
No subletting of space
Vendor Fee: $25.00/day (Electric $10.00 additional per day)
MSA Member Vendor Fee: $20.00/day (Electric $10.00 additional per day)
Workshop Teachers: Discount $5.00/Day
