American All-Star, LLC has paid a security deposit to the properties and competition venues on behalf of the participants of the 2025 United States Dance/Drill Team Championship. American All-Star expects the assistance of the individual team sponsors and chaperones to administer compliance with these rules.

To ensure as pleasant an experience as possible for all participants (and other hotel guests), a clear understanding of expected behavior is stated as follows:

We, the undersigned, confirm that: *

1. During American All-Star sponsored activities, no alcohol, non-prescription drugs, smoking, or vaping are allowed.

2. During American All-Star sponsored activities, participants are not allowed to associate with members of the opposite sex in an unsuitable manner, said manner to be determined in the sole discretion of American All-Star Staff and/or team sponsors and chaperones.

3. Participants should conduct themselves in a mature fashion while on the hotel's premises, at competition venues, and at other Championship scheduled activities. Social activities must be confined to the public areas of the hotel. Noise levels should be at an acceptable level to the other hotel guests, especially from 10:00 p.m. onward. Participants must take special care to be quiet in the guest hallways and public areas.

4. The hotels reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the stay of any individual or group participant due to violations of proper conduct resulting in discomfort to other hotel guest or damage to the hotel premises.

5. Participants' parents (and/or any other individuals who have custody or control of participants) are financially responsible for all damage resulting from negligent and/or willful acts of their children or participants.

6. As a member of your school team, you are eligible to participate in the 2025 United States Dance/Drill Team Championship. The Rules and Regulations that guide you as a member of your team apply to you as a participant of this Championship. If your membership on your team terminates for any reason (i.e. infraction of rules), you become ineligible to participate in this Championship.

7. We understand the Rules and Regulations listed above and agree with the principles and application. We agree to hold American All-Star, LLC and/or its employees, representatives, and agents harmless in the enforcement of these Rules and Regulations.
