WIND 2017 Conference Workshop Speaker/Faculty Terms & Conditions

• I understand that if my proposal is selected, changes can only be approved by the WIND 2017 Conference Chairs

• I understand that if selected, additional information will be required for my proposal. I agree to submit all requested information by the designated deadlines. My failure to provide information in a timely matter can result in my removal as a 2017 conference speaker, and my presentation being pulled from the conference schedule.

• I understand that I am responsible for my own conference registration, travel and hotel arrangements and any related personal conference expenses.

• I understand that I will be required to register for the conference at the substantially discounted faculty presenter rate which will allow me to fully participate in conference CE certifications, educational sessions, food and beverage functions, and evening networking receptions.

• I understand that WIND reserves the right to assign the day and time that accepted proposals will be scheduled.

• I agree that if unforeseen circumstances require me to drop off the panel, I will immediately notify WIND 2017 Conference Chairs.
