Each year we provide a survey to our families to receive feedback on the programs and services that we offer here at The Shepherd Centre. Your responses help us to evaluate the quality of the programs we deliver and generate support in order to continue to best meet the needs of families of children with hearing loss. Your responses to this survey are entirely anonymous and will not adversely impact the services that you receive at The Shepherd Centre.
This survey typically takes 5-8 minutes to complete.
Once you have completed the survey, you can go in the draw to WIN a Google Home Mini that has been generously donated to The Shepherd Centre in support of our families.
The winner will be drawn on Friday 1st November at 4pm and notified via email.
