Before filling this this form please make sure that the person attending will be between 13.5 and 17 on 11th August 2018 and that you have all the relavent personal and medical information.
At the end of the form you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit of £60. This can be paid online or by sending a cheque to Kent County Scout Council. In filling in the form you are commiting to accepting a place on LEAP 2018 and complying with the payment schedule below.
The total cost of the trip is £530. The cost of the trip is being split into smaller payments which will need to be paid by the dates below
Deposit - £60 within 1 week of application
Payment 2 - £140 by 30th June 2017
Payment 3- £100 by 30th September 2017
Payment 4 - £100 by 30th March 2018
Payment 5 - £130 by 30th May 2018
