We encourage you to indicate a second option with a "2" as registration is first come, first serve, and spaces are limited. **Required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements for each program will be sent out once registration is complete. PPE is REQUIRED for all campers to ensure their safety in the shops and classrooms.

Do you give Salina Tech permission to use or release to local media outlets your camper's picture or video of your camper at camp in Salina Tech media and for release to media outlets in print or electronic/digital fashion? *

This electronically signed form and paid registration fee will be followed up via email. The email will confirm your camper's reservation and dress code for personal protective clothing for camp participation specific to his or her camp area of participation and activities. Jeans, t-shirts, and close-toed shoes will be required by all campers. Absolutely no tank-tops, shorts, sandals, or flip-flops are allowed. Hair should be pulled back and no jewelry is allowed. It is likely clothing may get dirty, please choose appropriately. Jeans may not have holes. 100% cotton t-shirts and/or leather boots may be required in some areas. Other required protective gear will be provided on-site. In the event of an injury, parent or guardian/emergency contact will be notified. If necessary, the participant will be taken to the nearest hospital. The payment of medical bills related to the accident or injury will be the responsibility of the participants parent/guardian. *
