Bay to Bay Strength & Conditioning

Welcome to Bay to Bay Strength & Conditioning registration!
Bay to Bay is proud to partner with Stanford Men's Volleyball Strength coach Jamie Hegg and the Virtus Performance Club to provide volleyball specific Strength & Conditioning to our Bay to Bay athletes.

Our Strength & Conditioning program spans the course of the Summer club season (May through June) and provides athletes with 9 at practice lifts (at West Valley, Lynbrook, Valley Christian, etc.) along with 5 open hour lifts at the Virtus Performance Club in Los Gatos. Cost of the Summer Strength program is $450 ($32/session) all together or $40/session when registering for individual dates.

Space is extremely limited, and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
