Why play Grass volleyball?
Grass volleyball is a fantastic cross-training tool for indoor players. Unlike indoors, grass volleyball is played 2-on-2 or 3-on-3 which maximizes the amount of contacts each athlete gets during a training session.
As well, our grass club has access to up to 10 courts for training and competition! This means more time playing and less time waiting. It's a win-win 😊.
